The Best in the Business Regarded as the top long snapper in the country by Rubio Long Snapping, Hala Jr. has earned widespread recognition for his unparalleled skill and athleticism. Chris Rubio, a former UCLA snapper and the nation’s leading expert on long snapping, offered high praise:

OFFER NOW!!! Halakilangi Muagututia was simply tremendous at VEGAS XLIV on May 4-5. Easily one of the smoothest Long Snappers in his class. It doesn't matter if Hala is snapping the ball or moving on his feet, Hala is just calm, cool and super smooth. His form is gorgeous and he has zero wasted movement on his snapping motion. Hala is extremely accurate and consistent as you can see with his 60 RSI score! Athletically, Hala can flat out fly and he makes it look effortless when he does it. Sub 5 forty and it looks like he is floating when he does it. Pure athlete that is also a dominant linebacker. Very hard working Long Snapper and I am excited to see him in Idaho this July at The TOP 12 camp!

An Offer Earned at UCLA Camp Hala Jr. didn’t just attract attention with his reputation; he earned his spot. Attending a UCLA camp, he impressed the coaching staff with his skills and athleticism, resulting in an offer from the Bruins. His performance at the camp demonstrated his ability to perform under pressure and further solidified his standing as a top-tier recruit.

More Than a Specialist While Hala Jr. is the nation’s premier long snapper, his athleticism extends beyond special teams. A dominant linebacker as well, he showcases versatility that makes him a valuable asset on both sides of the ball. His combination of speed, precision, and football IQ ensures he will be a force to be reckoned with at the collegiate level.

Carrying on a Legacy Hala Jr.’s father, Halakilangi Muagututia Sr., left an indelible mark at UTEP and continues to inspire his son’s pursuit of greatness. Now, Hala Jr. is carving out his own path, ready to make his mark at UCLA while upholding the family’s tradition of football excellence.

Bruin Fans, Get Ready Halakilangi Muagututia Jr. isn’t just the best long snapper in the country; he’s a complete athlete and a proven competitor.
